Fees & Deposits (Per Pet)

To maintain the high quality of the units and community spaces, the following costs apply:

• Pet Security Deposit: $300 (Refundable)
• One-Time Pet Fee: $300 (Non-refundable)
• Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet

Community Standards

• Approval: All pets must be approved by management prior to move-in.
  
• Breed Restrictions: While the property is welcoming, standard breed restrictions (such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, etc.) typically apply in accordance with insurance and management policies.
• Nearby Amenities: Residents love being walking distance to Confluence Park and various local trails, making it easy to keep your furry friends active and happy.
